Grant Recipients

Over the years, the Greater Brockton GBHA has funded many projects through its mini-grant program.  Grants range in size from $500 to $3000.  Through this grant program, GBHA has distributed over $80,000 over the past seven years.

  • Health Imperatives to develop an on-line education course focused on providing culturally competent services to GLBTQ youth and parents
  • Area Health Education Center at Health Imperatives to offer scholarships to qualified bilingual staff working in health care settings to attend medical interpreter training.

  • South Shore HIV/AIDS Service Coordination Collaborative for a resource guide
  • Health Imperatives for stipends to support clients participating in the South Shore HIV/AIDS Service Coordination Collaborative
  • Elder Education and Community Outreach for program guide development Brockton Church and Community for a literacy program
